Ingredients
- 4 cups of watermelon diced (seeds removed)
- 100 g of feta cheese shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup of leaves mint (mint) fresh, finely chopped
- 1/4 red onion, cut into very fine julienne strips (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of juice five or lemon fresco
- A pinch of salt and black pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare the base: In a large bowl, add the watermelon cubes and the julienned red onion.
- Add the toppings: Sprinkle the chopped mint leaves and feta cheese over the watermelon.
- Align: In a small glass, mix the olive oil, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Drizzle this dressing over the salad just before serving.
